The rooms were luxurious. Chandeliers graced the rooms and hallways. They were AMAZING!!! My room was spacious and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfy. The gardens have beautiful statues and a fountain, so walks were possible.
My bedroom fell below expectations. The room was small, even poky. The bathroom was just standard. It did not seem fair to inflict my disappointment on the night porter.
