fine decor beautiful breakfast slow draining grim grout
The building's decor is fine! Every detail seemed perfect. The staff was lovely. This definitely added to my experience. I had a beautiful breakfast. I also enjoyed afternoon tea and the spa. Colleen at the spa was a gem. She was cute.
They did not quite know how to greet guests. The bathtub did not drain quickly. Grout around the tub seemed a little grim.

Breakfast included a comprehensive menu, freshly cooked. Parking space was excellent and provided easy access.

a good spa escape
clean pool relaxing meditation luxury facial friendly staff
i enjoyed a relaxing day at the wellhouse spa with a meditation session and himalayan salt scrub. the pool was very clean, and the facial was pure indulgence. i also appreciated the offer of doggy bags for leftover food.
The reception desk was unmanned for extended periods. This was a bit inconvenient.

the beautiful double room featured ample space and very comfortable bedding. it included a separate seating area with comfortable armchairs. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and fluffy towels were available.

the staff were attentive, always available to help with requests. breakfast service was prompt and efficient, with a variety of choices. i found them to be knowledgeable about the local area too.

attentive staff clean room fabulous breakfast missing soap odorous towel single bathrobe
The breakfast was fabulous (i especially liked the waffles). the room, a beautiful double room, was clean and tidy. the staff were attentive. Nothing was too much hassle for them.
the bathroom lacked hand soap near the sink. also, the hand towel had an unpleasant odor. there was one bathrobe, but two pairs of slippers.

luxurious rooms beautiful chandeliers spacious room small room standard bathroom night porter
The rooms were luxurious. Chandeliers graced the rooms and hallways. They were AMAZING!!! My room was spacious and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfy. The gardens have beautiful statues and a fountain, so walks were possible.
My bedroom fell below expectations. The room was small, even poky. The bathroom was just standard. It did not seem fair to inflict my disappointment on the night porter.
